  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, optimise, and maintain SEO-friendly websites with a focus on speed, performance, and best coding practices.
  • Implement and troubleshoot technical SEO elements such as structured data, canonical tags, hreflang, meta tags, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and schema markup.
  • Work on landing page creation, A/B testing, and conversion optimisation to improve engagement and lead generation.
  • Optimise Core Web Vitals, page speed, and server performance using CDN, caching, and compression techniques.
  • Customise and develop WordPress plugins, themes, and functions to enhance SEO and website functionality.
  • Ensure mobile-first, responsive design and cross-browser compatibility for seamless user experience.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits, identify issues, and provide technical fixes to improve rankings and indexing.
  • Work with the SEO and content team to enhance website structure, internal linking, and information architecture.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SEO-focused web development with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, and performance optimisation.
  • Experience with technical SEO, including structured data, canonicalization, redirects, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Familiarity with CDN implementation, server-side rendering (SSR), lazy loading, and JavaScript SEO.
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking implementations.
  • Experience in A/B testing, heatmaps, and user behaviour analysis for UX/UI improvements.
  • Ability to debug SEO-related issues, improve crawlability, and enhance indexation strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with React, Vue.js, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Familiarity with headless CMS and API integrations.
  • Basic knowledge of Python or scripting for automation in SEO tasks.
  • Understanding of server environments, cloud hosting, and database management.
  • At least 3 years experience as a Full Stack web developer
