Calibration Sales Engineer
Calibration Sales Engineer combines technical expertise in calibration with sales skills, focusing on selling calibration services and providing technical support and building customer relationships.
Report to Sales Manager.
Education:
· Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Science
· Proven experience in sales
· Training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales and Business Development:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities for calibration services.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Prepare and deliver sales quotation, presentations and proposals.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals.
· Prepare sales reports and forecasts. Stay updated on competitor and industry trends.
· Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, technical, quality).
· Achieve sales target set by Sales Manager.
· Customer Relationship Management:
· Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
· Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Technical Expertise:
· Understand and explain the technical aspects of calibration services and equipment.
· Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality and technical issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
