Admin Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree / diploma in Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in administrative roles, with a proven track record of handling functions effectively.
- Proficient in software and Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge, practices, and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
-Experience in the field of Training and Development capacity
-A considered decision-maker with the ability to influence management colleagues
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
-Approachable with strong listening and influential skills
-Be able to work independently with less supervision
-Strong analytical skill and data driven
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Oversee recordkeeping, documentation, and maintenance of personnel files.
- Ensure all records pertaining to trainings conducted in-house or externally are kept & updated.
- Responsible for maintaining a pleasant and conducive work environment.
- To take on improvement projects for the department.
- Assist in the dissemination of company’s culture, value, management philosophy and practices, etc.
- Prepare reports, letters and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- To oversee and ensure effective and efficient implementation of human resources management and development so as to attract, motivate and retain the right people required to achieve the organization's objectives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support employee growth and development through mentorship and career development initiatives.
