Mewah Dairies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive, Shipping to oversee and manage all shipping operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient shipping management, compliance with regulations, and optimal coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all shipping activities, including import and export operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and standards.
  • Optimize shipping processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Monitor and analyze shipping performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, production, and finance) to align shipping schedules with business needs.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in shipping processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping and logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and freight forwarding.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
