PROJECT ENGINEER
Job Summary
1. To closely monitor on Project RFQ, delivery, action follow up lead time & Performance.
2. Responsible in understand customer's requirement and expectation and communicate with internal team members.
3. Main Contact window to customer.
4. Lead the contract review and assess overall contract / program risk.
5. Provide prompt feedback to customer on any change of plan (OTD, Due date etc.)
6. Follow up on project sourcing and engineering study activities.
7. Main Coordinator between customer and internal in meeting customer's requirement.
8. Conducts negotiation and executes contracts with customer for the interest of the company.
9. Representing the organization in conference call, customer meeting etc. to get the latest update on program related issue and information.
10. Ensure and monitor overall program management is meeting the customer’s, internal and AS9100 requirement.
11. Work closely with Operation team in ensure 100% OTD and Quality.
12. Coordinate, call and lead the contingency meet with respective team members to meet customer OTD and expectation.
13. Compiling and assessing the overall information (Accuracy, Risk, etc.) before final information sharing/ submission to customer.
14. Coordinate with other section manager in ensuring the program performance as per desired outcome.
15. Having and compiling latest forecast / demand volumes from customer for overall internal capacity & resources planning.
16. Ensure sufficient finish good & Raw material safety stock as per business account product / Contract demand.
17. Monitor Finished Good stock aging
18. Provide support to ensure sub-tier meets performance expectation.
19. Ensure effectiveness of organization configuration control and change control throughout the product realization.
20. Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
21. Promote company-wide improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Strong understanding of construction principles and schematics
- Experience with project management and scheduling tools
- Familiarity with GIS and construction estimating techniques
- Knowledge of geotechnical engineering and water treatment systems
- Excellent technical writing and drafting skills
