Job Summary:
The Admin & Logistics Executive is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of logistics processes. This role involves coordinating recruitment processes, managing shipments, maintaining stock records, handling product listings, and ensuring efficient stock replenishment and transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Duties:
- Coordinate and manage recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and sending offer letters.
Logistics & Inventory Management:
- Oversee inbound shipments by liaising with suppliers and arranging LCL/FCL, COC, and K1 procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate uploading of stock data into the system.
- Manage and update product listings for retailers.
- Compile merchandisers' stock counts and orders to facilitate stock replenishment.
- Arrange stock transfer notes for shipments and retailer distribution.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for HR and logistics activities.
- Support general office administration, including procurement of office supplies and liaising with vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administration and logistics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in inventory and supply chain management.
- Knowledge of logistics procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with retail product listings and merchandising processes.
- Stock Transfer Management: Arrange stock transfer notes for shipments and retailer distribution
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
