Lead the investigation of potential safety hazards in high-voltage electrical systems (such as 380V power lines), establish the "Electrical Safety Operation Specification", and achieve an annual electric shock accident rate of 0 and a closed-loop rate of fire hazards of 100%1.
Spare parts management and cost control
Based on equipment operation data (e.g., PLC fault code statistics), predict the life cycle of wearing parts (e.g., motor bearings, belts), and formulate safety stock models (e.g., ABC taxonomy) to ensure a timely supply rate of ≥95% for spare parts 12.
Optimize maintenance budget allocation and achieve an ≥8% reduction in annual maintenance costs through centralized supplier procurement and localized alternatives2.
Team capacity building and supervision
