EXECUTIVE – HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION
JOB SCOPE:
HR Strategy and Policy Implementation:
· Support the HR Manager in developing and executing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals.
· Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Training and Development:
· Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
· Coordinate training logistics, including venue booking, materials preparation, and participant registration.
· Maintain accurate training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
· Track and report on employee training progress.
Employee Relations and Communication:
· Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
· Provide counseling and support to employees on HR-related matters.
· Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and misconduct investigations in a fair and consistent manner.
· Maintain positive employee relations and foster a harmonious work environment.
· Maintain awareness of labour laws, and handle industrial relations matters.
Payroll Administration:
· Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration.
· Ensure compliance with payroll-related regulations.
· Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
Company Events and Activities:
· Plan and coordinate company events, including team-building activities, annual dinners, monthly outings, and online activities.
· Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and participant registration.
· Ensure events are executed smoothly and within budget.
General HR Support:
· Provide administrative support to the HR department.
· Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes as needed.
· Handle any other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or senior management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
