  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A) Ensure that the production process complies with HSE (health, safety and environmental) regulations.

B) Monitor and plan on overall blasting and painting work to achieve production target with effective time management to meet the project schedule.

C) Review technical specifications, drawings, procedures, codes and coating standards required for each project.

D) Lead in applying, implementing, maintaining and examining the documentation of the coating process and non-conformances (NCR). To investigate root causes of non-conformances using techniques such as 5-Whys, Fishbone diagrams and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).

E) Involved in coating issue coordination and also coating inspection.

Maintaining quality control to ensure products meet quality standard.

F) Plan and supervise the production team to ensure on-time-delivery for each order.

G) Implement quality control measure to ensure products meet quality standard.

H) Review drawing, specification and masking requirement prior releasing to production.

I) To update daily/weekly Open Order Report (OOR) and Coating Process Flow (CPF).

To lead daily briefing with production leaders to review progress, address challenges and communicate any changes to the plan.

Education Background :

Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology
