  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

The Head of Talent Acquisition willresponsible to drive the talent acquisition strategies, leading a recruitment team, and ensuring the hiring of skilled professionals across various functional roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top tier talents.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Engage various sourcing channels e.g. job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners.
  • Track recruitment budget, metrics and provide regular reports on performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in TA management role with proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment (all levels).
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent people & communication skills.
  • Well versed in ATS / Recruitment software.
  • Permanent vacancy based in Shah Alam.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM17,000.00 per month
