  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will play an important role in:

  • Supervise and manage warehouse staff to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse space to optimize storage capacity and accessibility.
  • Implement inventory management procedures to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on-time and cost-effective transportation of goods.
  • Plan routes and schedules for deliveries and shipments.
  • Ensure that goods are handled and stored in compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Implement and monitor warehouse and logistics safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Generate reports on warehouse and logistics activities, including performance metrics.
  • Liaise with purchasing to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.
  • Continuously assess warehouse and logistics processes for opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Propose and implement process improvements as needed.
  • Lead, motivate, and train warehouse and logistics staff to ensure a high level of productivity and teamwork.
  • Ensure that all warehouse and logistics operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and logistics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in warehousing and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
