  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to greet customers, explain product information and assist customers while ensuring great customer service level at all times
  • Process cash and credit card payments via the cash registers and digital systems
  • Ensuring all areas are clean and organized at all times
  • To restock work and customer areas with the needed supplies and notify management when inventory levels begin to run low
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Respond to customer complaints and queries, resolving issues where possible and referring customers to the managers as needed
  • Maintaining good customer service skills and good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Demonstrate great team work with superiors and peers

Qualifications

  • SPM or equivalent
  • Experience in food & beverage preparation or customer service is preferred
  • Experience in wine is an added advantage
  • Willingness to be trained and to continue learning about food & beverage preparation
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills
  • Able to work under minimum supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
