Responsibilities:
- To increase the frequency of our target consumers across all channels by driving quality, style, and value credentials.
- To develop an annual media strategy and plan to achieve the overarching business, customer, and brand objectives.
- To ensure that all BTL media plans, including seasonal and tactical activity, are delivered and booked in accordance with the media strategy and marketing activity plan.
- Build on existing and create new partnerships to support our promotional marketing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Brand, E-Commerce, Retail Operations, and Creative to ensure plans are optimized, integrated and delivered in line with the set objectives.
- Ensure that every marketing promotional activity is monitored, reviewed and analyzed accordingly to maximize ROI.
- Measure marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly by using relevant KPIs.
- Work closely with the VM team to provide exceptional in-store customer experience.
- Provide leadership and guidance on the team’s direction by setting clear achievable goals.
- Mentor team members and facilitate their growth and improvement, while addressing any performance or disciplinary issues.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of working experience with a proven track record of delivering strong results in media, in both traditional and digital.
- Proven track record in content development and a sound understanding of multi-channel marketing techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment.
- Savvy in making things happen through others and facilitating cross-team collaboration.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management with proven experience of influencing in a complex business environment.
