  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

- Identifying replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset

- Monitor and analyse onsite website traffic trend and provide insightful action plan to improve traffic performance on a daily basis.

- Manages Facebook social ads posting, SEM, Smart Shopping Ads, Display Ads, and YouTube to ensure an active digital marketing status.

- Generates and analyses all online marketing data including budget spent over traffic performance and campaign performance over ads objective that could provide insight in planning the future digital marketing strategy.

- Execute email blasting as scheduled, email automation and CRM by using analytical data to target audiences accurately and setting up the template based on the significant needs of each campaign to ensure timely EDM delivered.

- Setup, QA, run and analyze the results of A/B tests

- Intermediate knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking business partner and customer.
  • Candidates with Google/Facebook Analytics hands on experience or E-Commerce background will be an added advantage
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
