  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers on project designs.
  • Ensure all HVAC work complies with relevant codes and standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports on system performance and maintenance activities.
  • Conduct energy audits to identify opportunities for system improvements.
  • Develop and implement HVAC system upgrades and retrofits.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
  • Stay current with industry advancements and best practices.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and to the highest quality.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for equipment and materials.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
  • Assist in the development of HVAC system specifications and documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance using specialized software.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess system conditions and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients/customers.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in HVAC system design and installation.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
  • Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, CAD/CAM).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to staying current with industry advancements.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with energy audits and system retrofits.
  • Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
