
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
*Responsibilities*
· Assist Accountants and other financial professionals with creating and editing financial documents.
· Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company.
· Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses.
· Draft and report financial presentations.
· Reconcile financial books including incoming and outgoing funds.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements) handling full set of account.
· Manage tax payments and organize internal audits.
· Prepare budgets for the entire company and by department, monitor and report on accounting discrepancies.
· Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments.
· Analyse financial trends
*Skills & Qualifications*
· Proven work experience 2-3 years as an Account Officer / Account Executive or similar role.
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance, or relevant field.
· Advanced knowledge with accounting software (UBS) well-versed with MS Office especially Excel.
· In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
· Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
· Excellent math skills with an attention to detail
· Time-management abilities

*Remuneration & Benefit Entitlement*
· Basic salary up to RM5,000.00
· Mileage & toll claim
· Mobile Phone Claim RM120/month
· Medical insurances 2 types: Hospitalization & Personal Accident
· Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
· Not necessarily to do overtime, unless required for audit purposes.
· Yes, all statutory payment contribution such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB done accordingly to the labor law.
· Increment will be based on yearly performance evaluation by HOD and Director
· Got bonus regardless of company profit, we are Oil & Gas company licensed by Petronas.
· AL entitlement 12 days, Sick Leave 14 days, Maternity Leave 98 days, Compassionate Leave 3 days
· Additional Medical Claim benefit of RM600/year extendable to non-working spouse and below 18 y/o kids.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
