RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure company's compliance with local Labour Laws and related statutory requirements.
  • Assist for monthly payroll processing and administration.
  • To maintain update & maintain employee personal files, HR records, Company polies and directives.
  • Assists to perform monthly statutory submission to government authorities (LHDN, KWSP, SOSCO) and ensure all statutory requirement are adhered to at all times.
  • Assist to handle full procedure for foreign workers application, permit renewal, check out memo, Fomema, etc.
  • Assists to prepare for monthly and annual company manpower, Payroll and related HR reports to Accounting Department.
  • Attend to all employees queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.

Administration

  • Administrative duties such as filling, sorting of mails.
  • Answer & attend to all calls and redirect to relevant staff members, talking messages and assembling mailing.
  • Purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies, office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, etc.
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Assist in special events, such as fundraising activities, company activities etc.
  • Responsible for company vehicle management including road tax renewal, insurance renewal, maintenance, puspakom inspection, etc.
  • Able to handle travel arrangements including airline and hotel reservations for employees including the welfare of outstation staff.
  • Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for management.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.
