We are Shipping Operation based company and are seeking suitably qualified candidates for the following post: (Based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Mainly assist in preparation of K1/K2/K3, maintain proper documentation, filling & recording of daily/monthly of Log Book (K1/K2/K3) especially for project SBH Kibing.
  • Assist in billing, issue e-invoices and debit note for project SBH Kibing
  • Assist in key-in official receipt in GP system, update in & out of monthly vessel movement
  • Assist in billing records & photocopying of documents
  • Assist in monitoring of documents customs import/export and others ad hoc duties/job as assigned from time to time

Requirement

  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification and/or above.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years(s) working experience in shipping, forwarding & logistics industry. Accounting would be advantage.
  • Understand basic accounting practices.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office especially Excel, WPS.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, good communication skills, work hard, willingness to learn, committed and responsible person.
  • Must be able to meet deadline and be detail oriented and accurate in the information.
  • Based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
