Job Description

  • Handle initial client inquiries and support requests.
  • Accurately document client issues.
  • Provide timely solutions for basic issues and inquiries.
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate support tickets; ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency and align with organizational goals.
  • Categorize and prioritize tickets for efficient resolution.
  • Offer product information, guidance, and troubleshooting; direct to resources or L2 Support as needed.
  • Maintain professional client interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to L2 Support.
  • Complete tasks assigned by Middle Management, adhere to information security and regulatory requirements, and participate in organizational committees (Domestic Inquiry, Whistleblowing, Safety & Health)
