Requirements & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, knowledge management, business, or a related field. A master's degree or additional certifications in these areas can be advantageous.
- 8 years of total work experience and at least 5 years in knowledge management, product communication, documentation, or a related field. -
- Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Graphic Designer, or similar role. - Professional certification is desirable (e.g., CKM, CPKM,CIP, CPTC,CPLP)
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a knowledge management or communication team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively curate, create, and share knowledge resources.
- Ability to tailor communication strategies for different audiences, including internal staff and external clients.
- Proficiency in knowledge management principles and practices, including knowledge repository development and maintenance.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs and educational resources for both internal staff and external clients.
- Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate content.
- Proficiency in overseeing the creation and maintenance of internal and external documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content.
- Strong attention to detail in ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Experience in facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops within the organization, promoting best practices and collaboration.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies to enhance knowledge creation, organization, and sharing.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining reporting mechanisms to track the utilization of knowledge resources, training effectiveness, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Strong data analysis skills to provide insights to support decision-making and improvements in knowledge management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the department's intellectual property and assets, which encompass methodologies, best practices, technical know-how, knowledge base, processes, and procedural frameworks.
- Adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, as well as managing the implementation of and adherence to the organization information security policy and management system in all aspects of operations.
- To harmonize the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) settings established by the Middle Management.
- To supervise resources, activities, prioritize, and schedule tasks to ensure the timely achievement of task objectives.
- Set team goals and objectives, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and efficiency within the team.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of internal and external documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content.
- Design and deliver training programs for internal team members, ensuring they have access to the necessary knowledge resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate content.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops within the division, promoting best practices and a collaborative environment.
- Act as a bridge between different teams, ensuring knowledge flows effectively across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Knowledge Management Unit.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of knowledge creation, organization, and sharing.
- Measure and report on the impact of process improvements, including increased knowledge accessibility and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Product Operations Executive and Finance team to develop and manage the unit's budget.
- Monitor and control expenditures to ensure the unit operates within budgetary constraints.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet knowledge management objectives while managing costs.
- Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track the utilization of knowledge resources, training effectiveness, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Analyse data and provide insights to support decision-making and improvements in knowledge management strategies.
- To perform any other task as assigned by the Middle Management
