  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Requirements & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar role is required for this position.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, persuasive and pleasant.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport and willingness to travel.
  • Computer literate. - 1 year of experience in sales is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Building relationships via periodic and continuous engagement with clients (Meeting, Calls, Email, and social event meetings) based on trust and respect.
  • Prepare related document, process and procedure that is required to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure alignment within the section /department.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment.
  • Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behaviour.
  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Identifying industry trends.
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
  • To perform any other task as assigned by the Middle Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM6,400.00 per month
