  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurately entry into the system.
  • Issue jobs for production based on customer order or forecast to optimize production capacity.
  • Responsible for scheduling of timetable for all projects to ensure on time delivery to customer.
  • Coordinate the purchasing of raw materials, standard parts, and outsourcing, while working closely with procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Conduct projects status updates meeting with operation team, monitor project progress and highlight to superior if behind schedule.
  • To ensure all BOM materials issue to job before job completion.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly production plan schedule.
  • Monitor and manage inventory aging, ensuring it is <6 months.
  • Prepare shipment list for the team, generate invoices and coordinate shipments with logistic department.
  • All other responsibilities assigned by Superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • 1 - 3 years working experience in similar capacity in Manufacturing environment.
  • Good computer knowledge & able to communicate with all levels of staff.
