  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are hiring Assistant Manager/Manager, Sales. Responsible for establishing business for Citadines Prai Penang accounts, planning sales strategies and meeting sales objectives, supervises fellow colleagues and executing sales activities.

  • To supervise and motivate sales team in achieving sales targets.
  • To plan for sales territories and blitzing areas.
  • To perform sales calls as designated and assist SM/SE in handling difficulties and closing deals.
  • To propose and recommend sales strategies to General Manager.
  • To attend sales meeting and other relevant meetings if required
  • Organize duty roaster for showroom and weekend duty.
  • Submit weekly sales call report and monthly report.
  • Assist accounts in collection of payments.
  • Organize direct mails and updating of sales database.
  • Survey on market trends and competitors.
  • Maintaining up to date sales kit and collateral.
  • Attend to customer complaint and look into their needs.
  • To render assistance to immediate superior as when required.
  • Follow-up with corporate clients on renewal of leases.
  • Shall responsible for whatever decision made as a Department Head.
  • To organize induction/orientation program for Sales department.
  • To outline guest services plan and schedule.
  • To be involved in executing sales and marketing plan.
  • To recommend training programs for Sales team.
  • Must be actively involved for in house activities and present positive attitude.
  • Perform any other duties that may be delegated from time to time.
  • Time management: always be punctual for appointments and deadlines.
