  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview:

As a Fashion Designer, you'll spearhead the conceptualization, design, and supervision of crafting bags and accessories. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure your innovative designs seamlessly progress from concept to sample production. This position calls for a fusion of creative flair, technical expertise, and strong project management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Design

  • Brainstorm, research, develop, and design collections of bags and accessories.
  • Generate innovative and trend-setting designs.
  • Manage the entire process from idea generation to final artwork, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Create design sketches, technical drawings, and specifications.

Material Selection

  • Research and select suitable materials for each bag and accessory, considering functionality, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the production team to source high-quality materials.

Prototype and Sample Management

  • Oversee the sampling process, from prototype development to final sample production.
  • Collaborate with the production team to address design-related issues during sampling.

Quality Control

  • Conduct thorough quality checks on samples to ensure they meet design specifications and standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the production team for adjustments and improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • A background in fashion (preferred), product design, or design.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in a fashion design role.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of materials, production processes, and industry trends is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
