WE'RE HIRING: Commercial Support Specialist (Maternity Replacement)

Join the Medical Imaging Devices team as a Commercial Support Specialist at KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur! This is an exciting opportunity for a 6-month contract (Maternity Replacement) role where you'll be at the heart of commercial operations.

Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary & Benefits: RM 3,000 – RM 5,000 (Based on experience & skills) + Statutory contributions + Leave entitlement + Medical coverage

Contract Duration: 6 months (Maternity Replacement)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead tender execution as the key point-of-contact for the commercial, modality, service, and sourcing teams to ensure tender documentation aligns with customer requirements and maximizes chances of success.
  • Oversee order booking process, ensuring purchase orders match internal requirements for pricing, configurations, and T&Cs.
  • Forecast order pacing, driving improvements in the predictability and consistency of order booking.
  • Provide back-office support to the commercial team during pre-sales activities like Know-Your-Customer (KYC), procurement, and field marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1-year experience in preparing tender documents
  • Strong experience in commercial operations
  • Proficient in English
  • Project management experience (a plus)
  • Healthcare/medical device industry experience (a plus)
  • Experience working in multinational organizations (a plus)
