Location: South Wing, Menara TM, Jalan Pantai Baharu, 59100 Kuala Lumpur.
Working days & hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm

Contract duration: 1 year contract under PERSOLKELLY (potential for convert to permanent subject to performance)

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings, dedicated for Telekom FTTx FTK (Full Turnkey Project), and Optical Fiber Cable & ODN distribution to locate market.
  • Research and manage consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them, and bulid CRM (Client Relationship Management) for both Telekom and other local ES company.
  • Liaising with Product Managers (HQ) to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
  • Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP
  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting marketing goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts based on the balance of stock.
  • Setting timelines for deliverables, monitor and manage the E2E delivery from HQ to client (Configuration, Manufacturing Monitor, Shipment Monitor, Testing and Inspection Management and Delivery Note, etc. ), manage client satisfaction properly.
  • Liaise with the sales team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade shows or customer workshops.
  • Capable to prepare sales proposals and train other team members from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of Telekom FTTx FTK (Full Turnkey Project), Optical Fiber Cable, and ODN distribution.
  • Experience in client relationship management (CRM) and ability to build strong connections with both Telekom and local ES companies.
  • Ability to research and analyze consumer needs, aligning solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Familiarity with sales bid processes, including responding to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills to set marketing goals, track performance, and make accurate sales forecasts.
  • Experience in end-to-end (E2E) delivery management, including configuration, manufacturing monitoring, shipment tracking, testing and inspection management, and delivery note preparation.
  • Ability to liaise with Product Managers and provide client feedback on product requirements.
  • Experience in organizing and participating in demand-generating activities such as trade shows and customer workshops.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to prepare compelling sales proposals.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members as needed.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
