Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data into Excel spreadsheets and company databases.
  • Organize, update, and maintain records, files, and documents.
  • Provide general administrative support, including paperwork and filing.
  • Assist with email correspondence, phone inquiries, and office tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry and handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate with a Diploma in any related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Willing to commit to a temporary position.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
