Principal Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivables / Debtors

  • Prepare accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • To ensure all sales documents (invoice) prepared and completed timely.
  • Ensure all invoices are generated according to the terms of the sales agreement.
  • Ensure proper record keeping and filing.
  • Filing all relevant documents in order.
  • Ensure all accounts receivable activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Accounts Payable / Creditors

  • Keeping track of all monthly payments for trade creditors.
  • Pays invoices by verifying transaction information, scheduling, preparing disbursements and obtaining authorization of payment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors according to agreed payment terms.
  • Print all statement of accounts for reconcile and investigate any discrepancies Answer.
  • Assist in the preparation of accounts payable aging reports and other financial reports as required.
  • Creditors phone calls regarding to invoices, d/o and statement of accounts.
  • Ensure that all payments are processed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the accounts payable system, ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date.

Ad-hoc finance related matters

  • To attend to ad-hoc finance related matters from time to time.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed, particularly in matters related to accounts payable.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

  • Accounts payable: 2 years (Required)
  • Accounts receivable: 2 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Required)
