Principal Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivables / Debtors
- Prepare accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- To ensure all sales documents (invoice) prepared and completed timely.
- Ensure all invoices are generated according to the terms of the sales agreement.
- Ensure proper record keeping and filing.
- Filing all relevant documents in order.
- Ensure all accounts receivable activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Accounts Payable / Creditors
- Keeping track of all monthly payments for trade creditors.
- Pays invoices by verifying transaction information, scheduling, preparing disbursements and obtaining authorization of payment.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors according to agreed payment terms.
- Print all statement of accounts for reconcile and investigate any discrepancies Answer.
- Assist in the preparation of accounts payable aging reports and other financial reports as required.
- Creditors phone calls regarding to invoices, d/o and statement of accounts.
- Ensure that all payments are processed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the accounts payable system, ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date.
Ad-hoc finance related matters
- To attend to ad-hoc finance related matters from time to time.
- Provide support to other departments as needed, particularly in matters related to accounts payable.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
Experience:
- Accounts payable: 2 years (Required)
- Accounts receivable: 2 years (Required)
