Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of the organization.

  • Communicate effectively with customer.

  • Demonstrate maturity in handling customer enquiries and complaints.

  • Manage administrative tasks such customer management, clerical work, handling phone calls, scheduling.

  • Be empathetic to customer needs.

  • Answer and direct all incoming calls.

  • Typing, photocopying, distribution and filing of records and correspondences.

  • Sorting and distribution of incoming mails.

  • Preparation of payment vouchers and printing of cheques

  • Maintenance of office supplies.

  • Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • SPM, STPM, Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial
    or equivalent.

  • At least 3 years working experience in administrative work

  • Possess good communication and telephony skill.

  • Pleasant personality.

  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
