  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and ensure financial stability.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings, audit processes, and financial reporting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to optimize company performance.
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, providing insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.
  • Establish internal controls and financial policies to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions on financial matters.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Manage and lead the finance team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
  • Support project costing, pricing strategies, and financial planning for interior design projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are preferred.
  • Membership with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and taxation laws in Malaysia.
  • Experience in the interior design, construction, or consultancy industry is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
