Sales Leadership & Coaching:

The Retail Sales & Operations Manager is a dynamic leader responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing operations, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.

This role focuses on mentoring teams, implementing customer-centric strategies, and ensuring operational excellence, all while maintaining compliance with company policies and delivering an exceptional retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Coaching:

  • Mentors Operations and Area Managers, driving team development.

Retail Compliance:

  • Ensures adherence to policies while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Implements sales plans aligned with company goals.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Tracks trends to develop innovative retail strategies.

Financial & Budget Management:

  • Supports budgeting, monitors sales, and drives revenue growth.

Operational Planning:

  • Translates strategic goals into actionable retail plans.

Stock Management:

  • Optimizes stock generation and inventory control.

Communication & Problem-Solving:

  • Addresses critical business issues for smooth operations.

General Operations:

  • Takes on additional duties to enhance retail performance.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail sales, operations, or multi-store management.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, coaching, and team development.
  • Strong ability to drive revenue growth and implement customer-focused sales strategies.
  • Experience in mentoring Operations and Area Managers, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and process improvement.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and influence financial planning.
  • Understanding of retail trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviors.
  • Ability to identify business-critical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with teams and stakeholders.
  • This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM240,000.00 - RM360,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Market Awareness (Trends, Competitions, FutureActivities): 5 years (Preferred)
  • Retail & Sales, Strategy Implementation: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Operational Efficiency: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Leadership & Team Development: 5 years (Preferred)
