  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We’re looking for a driven and experienced leader to take charge of our freight forwarding branch—growing the business, optimizing operations, and leading a high-performing team in the Air and Sea logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Performance: Manage branch EBIT, sales growth, and cost optimization.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver high-quality service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Business Growth: Maximize branch potential and expand customer relationships.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure high productivity, competitive efficiency, and quality.
  • Compliance: Adhere to global processes, policies, and local laws.
  • Process Standardization: Implement and optimize structures, systems, and internal service providers.
  • Team Development: Drive employee training, career planning, and performance improvements.
  • Reporting: Maintain regular communication with Cluster Management on key updates.

Key Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, or related field (experience may substitute).
  • 10+ years of leadership experience, preferably as a General Manager in MNC freight forwarding.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Translate strategy into operational roadmaps, optimize resources, and drive results.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Enhance customer service, improve efficiency, and strengthen relationships.
  • Thrive under pressure, meeting tight deadlines with resilience.
  • This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM240,000.00 - RM360,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Manage budgets, costs, and profitability: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Sales and Revenue expansion: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Air and Sea Freight Forwarding: 10 years (Preferred)
