  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We seek a motivated Industrial Cost Controller to join our client's Global Industrial Controlling team in Malaysia.

The role involves cost analysis, financial reporting, and ensuring accurate financial control within the engineering/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed cost analysis and variance reporting for manufacturing operations.
  • Track production costs against budgets and forecasts.
  • Work with plant managers and finance teams to improve cost efficiency.
  • Help prepare financial reports including P&L analysis and forecasting.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Analyze capital and operational expenditures to provide recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies and IFRS standards.

Key Requirement

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Industrial Controller in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial planning/analysis.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Excel required.
  • Power BI and Power Query experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in global team settings.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM96,000.00 - RM120,000.00 per year
