Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and promptly respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle insurance plans.
- Provide expert advice on insurance plans to address customer concerns effectively.
- Prepare and manage both internal and external documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing necessary paperwork.
- Assist in month-end closing activities for the administration and accounts department as required.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior as needed.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Insurance, Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking with strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations effectively.
- Willing to work in Sungai Long, Kajang.
- Working hour : 8:00AM - 6:00PM (Monday - Friday)
