Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and promptly respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle insurance plans.
  • Provide expert advice on insurance plans to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Prepare and manage both internal and external documentation.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing necessary paperwork.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities for the administration and accounts department as required.
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior as needed.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Insurance, Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations effectively.
  • Willing to work in Sungai Long, Kajang.
  • Working hour : 8:00AM - 6:00PM (Monday - Friday)
