SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE - F&B
The Senior Administrative Executive – F&B is responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Food & Beverage department with a financial background. This role ensures the smooth execution of administrative tasks, coordination between various teams, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Administrative Support:
· Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to F&B operations.
· Handle documentation, contracts, invoices, and procurement records.
· Maintain confidential records and files related to F&B operations.
· Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for the F&B department.
2. Operational Coordination:
· Support F&B operations by liaising with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments.
· Monitor inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure smooth operations.
· Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
· Assist in organizing and coordinating F&B-related events and promotions.
· Prepare and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the F&B department
3. Compliance & Reporting:
· Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
· Prepare and submit reports related to sales, expenses, and performance metrics.
· Monitor customer feedback and assist in implementing service improvement strategies.
4. Data Entry & Management
· Collecting invoices and documents from the respective outlet managers
· Recording daily sales and cash expenditures accurately and timely
· Verifying single cash expenditure transactions with the relevant department before making entries
· Communicating errors or discrepancies encountered to the superior and relevant parties
· Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
5. Finance & Audit Support:
· Assist in financial reconciliations and report discrepancies to senior auditors.
· Cross-check financial statements, receipts, and invoices for accuracy and compliance.
· Prepare reports, summaries, and audit documentation as per company standards.
· Support internal and external audit processes by providing required financial data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in related field, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, procurement, and financial processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information.
- Strong organizational and time management skill
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
