
Security Operative cum Coordinator
Administrative Tasks (60%)
1. Office Management:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
- Manage office cleanliness and organization.
2. Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave logs.
- Prepare and file reports, memos, and other official documents.
- Ensure proper documentation of security logs and incident reports.
3. Communication and Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, mail).
4. Support HR and Finance Functions:
- Assist in payroll processing and expense tracking.
- Support onboarding of new employees (e.g., issuing access cards, orientation).
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
5. General Admin Support:
- Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Security Operations (40%)
1. Access Control:
- Monitor and manage access to the premises (visitors, employees, contractors).
- Issue and deactivate access cards or keys as needed.
- Ensure compliance with access control policies.
2. Surveillance and Monitoring:
- Operate and monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Report and respond to suspicious activities or security breaches.
3. Incident Management:
- Respond to emergencies (e.g., fire, medical, security threats) and escalate as needed.
- Investigate and document security incidents or violations.
4. Policy Enforcement:
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Conduct security briefings or training for staff as needed.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations.
5. Asset Protection:
- Safeguard company assets, equipment, and property.
- Conduct regular checks to prevent theft, damage, or misuse.
- Maintain an inventory of security equipment (e.g., keys, cameras, alarms).
