About The Team
The Regional Partner Operational Manager is a newly created role focused on managing vendor partnerships and operations within the customer support function. This role will oversee BPO operations in Southeast Asia, ensuring vendor compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards. The role requires strong vendor management experience, operational oversight, and process ownership.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in vendor management within BPO operations.
- Strong process ownership and ability to drive operational improvements.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Managerial experience, either in a BPO setting or managing BPO relationships.
- Proactiveness, strong communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing customer support operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess vendor performance.
