As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Communicate with stakeholders across different teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Assist in coordinating creator and seller participation in campaigns or projects.
  • Provide operational support for cross-team initiatives and strategy alignment.
Data Tracking & Reporting
  • Update data regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor key project performance metrics and track progress against goals.
  • Prepare reports on engagement, traffic, and overall project impact for internal reviews.
  • Use Excel for data analysis, including tracking, reporting, and visualization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Actively enrolled university student, able to work full-time for at least 3 months, 5 days a week
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with creative skillsets: such as copywriting and graphic design such as PS, Figma
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (data tracking, reporting, basic formulas).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of E-Commerce operations and campaign execution (Ecommerce experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with performance tracking, resource allocation, and campaign coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
