The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate with a background in Finance or Accounting to join our team as an Accounts Payable Customer Support. This role is ideal for someone looking to launch their career in finance and gain experience in a dynamic and supportive environment, with the opportunity to support multinational job tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Payment & Accounts Payable:
- Primarily handle invoice payment processing and accounts payable tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain effective and professional customer relationships, supporting accounts with diverse geographical locations.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues as defined by customer agreements and relevant processes.
- Liaise with internal and external customers/stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met.
- Technical & Product Support:
- Provide product and technical support as it relates to customer transactions, customer feedback, and other requests.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Fresh graduate with a BSc degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles.
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) and proprietary accounting software (training provided).
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexibility to support varying time zones on occasion.
