Job Title: Content Moderator - E-commerce

1. Job Description

The Content Moderator is responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies, community guidelines, and legal requirements. This role involves assessing and filtering content, identifying risks, and providing real-time feedback to improve platform safety and integrity. The moderator plays a key role in maintaining a positive and secure online environment for users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and moderate content, including text, images, and videos, based on company policies and community guidelines

- Identify and escalate harmful or inappropriate content to relevant teams

- Conduct real-time risk assessments and provide feedback on trends in user behavior

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes and platform policies

- Ensure compliance with legal and security regulations while handling sensitive content

- Meet quality and productivity KPIs, including review accuracy and response time

2. Job Details

Work Schedule:

7×8-hour shifts (8 hours per day, 5 day working 2 days off)

3. Requirements

Education & Experience:

Diploma or higher; relevant work experience preferred

Prior experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or security review is an advantage

Strong understanding of KPIs such as productivity, quality, accuracy, and SLA

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in computer operations and basic office software

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills

Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing in English at B2 level or above)

Ability to work collaboratively and problem-solve effectively

Strict adherence to information security regulations and company policies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
