  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a BI Analyst Intern, you’ll support the BI and Data Engineering teams in managing data processes, reports, and dashboards. Your main tasks include assisting with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, maintaining reporting systems, and developing interactive dashboards. You'll help ensure data is accurate, reliable, and accessible for business decision-making.

This internship offers hands-on experience in data ingestion, transformation, and analysis. You'll collaborate with different teams, build your technical skills, and gain a deeper understanding of how data drives business success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist in the development, maintenance and enhancement of reports and dashboards.
  • Translate ETL and database design into technical documentation.
  • Perform cleaning and transformation of data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in automating processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct ad-hoc and regular data extraction and reporting to support business needs.
  • Continuously learn about BI best practices and tools for personal development and contribute to team success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data, or related field.
  • Familiar with SQL query languages.
  • Basic knowledge of Python scripting.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization.
  • Familiarity with dashboarding tool such as Power BI is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and open-minded to learn new skills and face challenges.
  • Possess a strong interest in data engineering, data visualization, and business intelligence.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability and confidence to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
