  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Malaysia. Your main job will be managing and building strong relationships with important clients and partners.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Be the main contact for all customer account management issues.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success.
  • Negotiate contracts to maximize company profits.
  • Regularly update both internal teams and clients on progress and sales.
  • Find new business opportunities and partnerships to help grow the company.
  • Track and forecast sales and other key metrics for your accounts.
  • Proactively address client issues or concerns when needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or data center industry.
  • Strong knowledge of data center products and technologies.
  • Proven success in creating and executing sales plans that drive growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
