  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

* Smooth Operation : Ensure smooth daily operations (Opening & Closing of outlets, inventory management, customer service, food and beverage preparation, cleaning etc).

* Conflict Management : Able to handle and resolve customer complaints and employee conflicts independently.

* Customer Engagement & Satisfaction : Engage in meaningful conversations with customers on concept, products and tea knowledge. Ensure every customer leaves satisfied with their experience.

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

* Team Motivation : Able to lead and motivate the team in achieving operational goals.

* Relationship Management : Maintaining good business relationships with suppliers, vendors and external partners.

Requirements:

* At least 1-2 years managerial experience in a cafe or F&B industry.

* Able to manage people and lead a team.

* Passion for matcha, tea, and customer service will be beneficial.

* Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

* Ability to work on weekends and holidays.

* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
