Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior System Analyst to join the Credit Origination team under the CCO (Credit & Collections Operations) domain. This role involves analyzing, designing, and supporting Credit Origination, Risk Management, Loans, and Cards systems. The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of experience, strong expertise in functional specifications, data mapping, and credit origination workflows, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business & System Analysis: Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and define functional specifications.
- Credit Origination Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of credit origination processes, system functionalities, and interfaces with other banking systems and credit bureaus.
- Data Analysis & Querying: Perform hands-on data analysis using SQL and work with Oracle & SQL databases.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, negotiate requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Project Involvement: Support full SDLC, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Mandatory: Unix, SQL, Oracle, SQL databases
- Good to Have: JIRA, Confluence, Unix OS, Oracle DB
Experience:
- 9+ years in system analysis, preferably in banking technology.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and credit origination workflows.
