Requirements

Language Required: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
Diploma / Bachelor Degree or Higher in related field
Preferably with at least 8 to 10 years working experience in Construction Industry (Building)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Ability to Plan, Implement and Control Construction Works
Strong Analytical and Leadership Skills
Mature, with Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills and able to interact well with all parties concerned
Must be Computer Literate

Responsibilities

Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with specifications, building codes and safety regulations.
Develop detailed project schedules, including task sequencing, resource allocation and critical milestones and monitor progress against established timelines.
Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, including material procurement, subcontractor management and workforce allocation, to ensure effective execution.
Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying and addressing any deviations or potential risks.
To lead the construction team of engineers and supervisors.
To fulfil the Company’s contractual obligation to the clients.
To plan, manage and monitor sub-contractor operations.
To monitor, evaluate and control project activities at project sites.
To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instruction, etc.
To report project progress to Top Management.
To coordinate/chair the internal coordination meeting.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior / HOD.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
