  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or above in mechanical manufacturing or a related field.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in sheet metal processing and CNC programming operations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sheet metal and CNC production management.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to quality and workplace safety.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the sheet metal and CNC production department, including personnel management and work assignments.
  • Develop and implement the production plan to ensure the completion of production tasks on time and with high quality.
  • Monitor and optimize sheet metal processing and CNC production processes to meet quality standards.
  • Manage production equipment and materials, oversee maintenance, and control inventory.
  • Establish and enforce quality control systems, supervise product quality, and address any issues.
  • Implement and maintain workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, sales, R&D, and other departments to support overall business operations.
  • Lead team training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills and efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
