Responsibilities

Head of Administrative (Condensed Version)

Job Scope:

  • Team Management
  • Supervise administrative staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide training and guidance to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Monitor staff performance, offer feedback, and resolve issues.
  • Office Operations
  • Coordinate workflows between departments, managing schedules, meetings, and office activities.
  • Oversee supply and inventory management (e.g., office supplies, equipment).
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
  • Administrative Support
  • Manage organization and filing of important documents (physical and digital).
  • Schedule executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure smooth internal and external communication.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare reports on team performance, office expenses, and administrative activities.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements for efficiency.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control
  • Manage the administrative budget, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure invoice processing and timely payments.
  • Liaising with Management
  • Assist senior executives with administrative tasks and act as a liaison between the team and upper management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
