  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Requirements

  • Language Required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Strong Understanding of Accounting Principles and Familiarity with Accounting Software Concepts
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to Simplify and Explain Complex Technical Issues
  • Patience, Empathy, and a Positive Attitude to Troubleshoot Problems and Manage Customer Concerns Effectively
  • Proficiency in using Computers and Various Software Applications
  • Self-Motivated and Able to Work Independently while Managing a High Volume of Support Requests
  • Demonstrated Willingness to Learn and Keep Abreast of the Latest Developments in Software Technology

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our accounting software through phone, email, and chat
  • Analyze and diagnose root causes of technical problems, delivering clear and actionable solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers of varying technical expertise, ensuring they understand troubleshooting steps and solutions
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions to educate customers on the functionalities and features of our accounting software
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge through regular training and self-learning
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices to enhance our knowledge base
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify, report, and follow up on software bugs and potential improvements
  • Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure a positive experience in all interactions
