  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements

  • Achieve at least Diploma certificate in related field.
  • At least 3 to 4 years in a similar field.
  • Prefer Mandarin Speaker due to business nature (NON-HALAL products).
  • Own transportation.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Able to do market analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and supervise team from time to time regarding available inventory items by verifying stock and scheduling delivery.
  • Obtain quotations from vendors/suppliers and negotiate for the best price, best quality, and best service to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update vendor/supplier list on a timely basis, follow up closely to ensure on-time deliveries for ordered items to support progress of works.
  • Verify purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list, clarifying unclear items, and recommending alternatives.
  • Prepare report pertaining to market conditions and merchandise costs, and control purchasing department budget.
  • Work closely with department heads/outlet/branches to solve quality issues with suppliers.
  • Responsible for doing month-end stock take.
  • Perform any ad-hoc and other duties related to the above as may be assigned by your superior from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,200.00 per month
