  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Proposal & Tender Engineer
Company: Precast Concrete Manufacturing
Location: Kulai, Johor

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design proposals for precast concrete solutions, aligning with project requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop effective precast solutions and ensure feasibility.
  • Work closely with the contract team to prepare accurate cost estimations for projects.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth production planning and timely delivery of precast components.
  • Collaborate with the project team on project planning, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, explaining products and services effectively.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with contract and project specifications.
  • Engage in marketing activities to secure orders and expand business opportunities, particularly in the Singapore market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business development, marketing, or sales, with a focus on construction or manufacturing.
  • Experience in the precast industry is highly advantageous.
  • Candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ design experience in precast concrete will also be considered.
  • Solid understanding of design engineering, with preference given to those with relevant background.
  • Demonstrates high levels of integrity, maturity, and independence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fresh graduates may apply for junior positions (based in HQ, Selangor).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
